We live in Charlotte, NC…I have a short credit history ( 2 and a half years ) my score is arround 720, I working by my own doing installations and I earn about $ 2500 a month, but I can’t prove it.
My wife is a teacher, she’s working for CMS, she earns $ 41k a year, her credit score is bad ( 670 ) and she has something like a lean from a credit card debt ( $ 5000 ).
Both are first time buyers and we have $ 4000 in a bank account.
Do we qualify for a local home loan?…
