Ryan P asked: Ok, this is the deal.
The lenders now tell you mr. and mrs. home buyer. your credit rating of 660 is not good enough any more for you to qualify for the wonderful rates we are offering. The reason is that we have to tighten up the credit guidelines because too many of your have been screwing up.
LIARs LIARs LIARs!
the truth ….
The criminals we let get away making fraudulent loans , false docs, no docs 125% of value, sucker interest rates and so on ie… sub prime mortgages.
YOU WILL HAVE To Pay.
Not only will you have to pay but this is going to continue to the ressession that we are making believe doesn’t exist go on even longer because the average home buyer can’t buy or refinance their mortgage.
makes sense doesn’t it? We business as usual. So don’t forget to vote for the same criminals in Washington that have been abusing us for decades. Their criminal fund raiser depend on you….
You Need 720 to quality for an FHA loan

jginlosangles asked: I am receiving many solicitations in the mail from Mortgage companies (I’ve called them, they are no help) that are offering a mortgage loan for our property but listing another person’s name as owner. we have lived in the home over 14 yrs. and we know what the previous owner’s name was (they lived here over 20 yrs.). we get at least 5 solicitations a week. Where would I start looking to determine if this is mortgage fraud or just a simple mistake? Thanks…

khobe asked: We are first time home buyers and before we start looking for a house, we made sure that we are already pre approved. Can a bank cancel their pre approval even if there are no changes in your credit worthiness and application details when you applied for the loan? What are the common reason? Do we have to do another appraisal if we change lender?
